Journey is Hopewell's Young Adults ministry. This is a space for young adults to come together as a community from all different walks during this transition stage of life to being independent. From high school graduates to college kids to those in the work force, from single-hood to marriage, we seek to provide a space for deep, spiritual relationships to grow and thrive, aiming for a lifestyle described in 2 Timothy 2:22, “Flee also from youthful passions, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.” (CSB)

Weekly Meetings

On Thursday nights, Journey joins other young adults for a regional ministry that includes young adults groups from churches in the Morgantown/Elverson area like MCC and Brick Lane. We have a time of connecting, worship and watch a live stream message that is catered to meet young adults in their unique stage of life. Meeting in the lower part of Hopewell Church in the Theater. Doors open at 6:30 PM and worship begins at 7:00 PM.

Throughout the Year

We review a wide range of topics through various studies over the year. From diving into a book of the bible, a topical sermon series or going deep with theological conversation and debate. We also host special events throughout the year such as large picnics, worship nights at French Creek, a Christmas party, and other seasonal activities.

Flee also from youthful passions, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22, CSB
