We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit who regenerates (John 3:3-7; Titus 3:5; 2 Corinthians 5:17) baptizes or incorporates believers into the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:13); gives gifts to all believers (1 Corinthians 12:4-6, 11); whose indwelling enables the Christian to lead a godly life, and whose "baptism" or filling provides power for witness and service (Acts 1:8; Ephesians 5:8).

We believe Jesus Christ is the source of eternal life (John 10:10b, 14:6), and this life can only be received through faith in the atoning work of Jesus Christ on the cross, apart from human merit, works or ceremonies (John 3:16; Romans 3:24, 6:23; Acts 4:12, 16:31; Ephesians 2:8-9).

We believe the Church has been commissioned, or sent into the world by Jesus Christ Himself to make disciples, and that local churches are to be involved in seeing the "Great Commission" fulfilled (Matthew 28:18-20; John 17:18; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 5:20).

We believe there are two ordinances of the Church. The first is water baptism, which is a public identification of the believer with Christ. It is a sign of their commitment to obey and follow Christ (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:41; Romans 6:1-7, 11-14). The second is the Lord's Supper, commonly called Communion, which serves as a memorial, or a reminder of Christ's death and resurrection (Luke 22:14-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26).

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His incarnation (John 1:1-14), His virgin birth (Matthew 1:23-25), His sinless and perfect life (Hebrews 4:15), His substitutionary and atoning death (Romans 3:23-25), His bodily resurrection and ascension (Acts 2:24-27; 1:9-11), His position of power and authority at the right hand of God the Father (Ephesians 1:20-22; Colossians 1:15-17), His present ministry in heaven (Hebrews 4:14-16), and in His future bodily return (Titus 2:13).

We believe the Bible is the Word of God and is inspired and without error as originally given (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21). It is therefore the final standard of faith, doctrine and practice for the believer in Jesus Christ and for His Church.

We believe than humankind was created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26-27), and that Adam and Eve sinned and brought both physical and spiritual death upon the human race (Genesis 3:1-6; Romans 5:12). Therefore, every person is a sinner by nature and by choice, and are separated from God (Romans 3:23).

We believe the Church is the spiritual body of Christ of which Christ is the head (Ephesians 1:22-23; Colossians 1:18), and that there is a two-fold aspect to the Church, the universal, consisting of all believers and followers of Jesus Christ, and the local, consisting of believers and followers of Christ from a respective area or community (Philemon 2; 1 Thessalonians 1:1; Revelation 2).

We believe in the resurrection from the dead of both the saved and the lost; the eternal existence of all persons in either heaven or hell; in divine judgments, rewards and punishments (John 5:25-29, 11:25-26; 1 Corinthians 15:51-57; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Revelation 20:11-15).
